COMPUTER LABS EQUIPPED WITH LATEST MACHINES
We at St. Soldier believe that labs are the first parameter of a great infrastructure is the Computer Lab.
We are one of the very few institutes to have a dedicated team, which looks after the labs to ensure that the labs are constantly equipped with modern machines. We ensure that the labs are upgraded constantly as per the requirements of the course work and industry practices.
We have also built some super specialty labs called as centers of excellences which are supported by the leading multinationals like Adobe, Microsoft and Tally etc. A student has the chance to gain latest technical exposure in these labs.
HOSTELS
We have separate hostels for boys and girls. All the hostels have integrated facilities like mess and canteens. All the hostels have full time staff to facilitate the students, so that students can have the leisure of a home away from home. There is a 24 hours active emergency response cell to ensure that any health or other emergency is attended to. There is normally a full time resident doctor to support the same. There are buses available with the hostels, so that students can go to the nearest shopping centers in the evenings.
SPORTS FACILITIES
We at St. Soldier firmly believe that only a healthy body can house a healthy mind. The vision of our group is to prepare fit youngsters who can handle the pressures around them. Students are encouraged
to take part in sports. Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities have been made available on the campuses. Special arrangements have been made for activities like cricket, football, basket ball, badminton, volley ball and indoor games.
We have well equipped sports complexes, having multipurpose halls for Indoor games i.e. Badminton, Table-Tennis, Carom board, Chess, Multi-Gym, Yoga and Weight lifting, one Cricket pitch and Volley-ball ground. Timings for Sports activities are Morning 5.30 A.M. to 8.00 A.M. and Evening 3.30 P.M. to 7.30 P.M. for College Students and Faculty/ Staff Members.
The Sports Equipments/ kits are issued to the students during tournaments. Annually inter-college tournaments are conducted in various indoor and outdoor games like chess, volley-ball, foot ball, tennis, table –tennis, shooting and smashing, cricket and annual athletics meets. Indoor games are also available for the hostel students as well as for day scholars.
OTHER RECREATION FACILITIES
Our group overwhelmingly supports the fine arts. There are multiple avenues for the students to hone their talent. There are a number of societies to support this artistic spirit. The campuses of St. Soldier
group are vibrant with music, dance and other fun activities.
TECHNOLOGICALLY ADEPT CAMPUS
A campus wide wireless computing network is in place that allows faculty, staff and students to log on to the Internet at any point of time. The Internet lab powered by dedicated leased lines is open for students even after college hours to help them spend extra time to make use of the abundant
information available on the Internet.
